How to Resolve Error Code 30013-39

The steps given below should be followed under strict supervision of a Computer Expert. Step 1 Temporarily Disable Windows Firewall Setting :

1. Hold Windows Key + R. Run Dialogue Box will open up.
2. Enter Firewall.cpl and Click OK.

3. Click on “Turn Windows Firewall On or Off
Turn Windows Firewall on or off4. In Private network Setting, select “Turn off Windows firewall (not recommended)
5. Do the same for Public Network Setting.
Disable Windows Firewall6. Press OK.
Note: After the issue is resolved you must turn the Windows Firewall on.

Step 2 Verify Internet explorer Settings :

1. Press Win Key + R. Run Dialogue Box will open up.
2. Enter inetcpl.cpl and Click OK.

Select Internet Options From tools menu4. Select Security Tab and Click on “Reset all zones to default level” if the button is active.

5. Press OK.

Step 3 Check Proxy Server Settings:

1. In Start Searchbox type CMD
2. Click on CMD.

 netsh winhttp import proxy source=ie

Note: You will need Administrator Access to Run the above command. Simply Right Click on CMD button and select “Run as Administrator

If you get the message “Direct Access (no proxy server)“, continue to the next step otherwise disable proxy from Network Settings.
