Step 1 Temporarily Disable Windows Firewall Setting :
1. In Start Search box type Firewall.cpl
2. Click on Windows Firewall.
3. Click on “Turn Windows Firewall On or Off”
4. In Private network Setting, select “Turn off Windows firewall (not recommended)”
5. Do the same for Public Network Setting.
6. Press OK. Note: After the issue is resolved you must turn the Windows Firewall on.
Step 2 How to perform Disk Cleanup
1. Goto Control Panel and type “disk cleanup” in search box.
2. Click on Disk Cleanup option button.
3. Drive Selection Box will pop up. Select your OS drive and Click OK.
4. Check all the check boxes and click OK.
Step 3 Delete Temporary Junk Files
1. Goto My Computer. Right click on Operating System location and click on Properties.
2. Click on Disk Cleanup.
3. Drive Selection Box will pop up. Select your System drive and Press OK.
4. Select all the check boxes and click OK.
